LeBron James rewrote NBA history, by becoming the NBA’s all-time leading scorer. Naomi Osaka and many other tennis stars have praised the Los Angeles Lakers champion for achieving this incredible milestone. LeBron surpassed former record holder Kareem Abdul-Jabbar in an epic accomplishment.

Japanese tennis star Naomi Osaka wrote on Twitter, as reported by sportskeeda.com: “Nah cause Nike always has the best commercials after something historic has happened.” LeBron said about this milestone: “I want to thank the Laker faithful.

You guys are unique. It means a lot to me to be in the presence of a legend and great like Kareem. It’s very humbling. Please give a standing ovation to the captain, please. To my beautiful wife, my daughter, my two sons, my friends, my boys, my family, my mother, all my, friend, everyone who has ever been a part of this journey with me for the past 20 years, for the past 20 plus years, I want to tell you that I thank you so much because I wouldn’t be myself without you.

All your help, all your passion, all your sacrifices have helped me get to this point.”

Naomi Osaka pregnant: the moving message

Naomi Osaka thrilled the tennis world and announced, through her Instagram account, that she was pregnant.

The Japanese player’s last season had disappointed many tennis fans and raised the alarm in view of her potential premature retirement, but the four-time Grand Slam champion found a way to reassure her fans in the message she made public her pregnancy.

Osaka played her last match in Tokyo last September, when she was forced to raise the white flag due to an abs problem, and she played eleven tournaments in 2022. Only at the WTA 1000 in Miami did she manage to reach the final: her final then lost against current world number one Iga Swiatek.

Naomi said: “I can’t wait to get back on the pitch; in the meantime here’s an update on my 2023. The last few years have been interesting to say the least, but I find it’s the hardest moments in life that can turn out to be the most fun.

These months away from the tennis world have really given me a new love and made me appreciate the sport I have dedicated my life to. I realize that life is so short and I don’t take any moment for granted, every day is a new blessing and adventure.

I know I have so much to look forward to in the future, one thing I look forward to is for my son to watch one of my games and tell someone that’s my mom. 2023 will be a year full of lessons for me and I hope to see you all early next year as I will be at the Australian Open 2024.

I love you all infinitely. I don’t think there is a perfectly correct path to take in life, but I’ve always thought that if you carry on with good intentions you will eventually find your way.”
